After the form is processed, a Register a card for labs use menu item will appear on the wireless registration menu.

Full Name:
Provide the first and last name of the person who will be using the connection.

Blackboard Username:
The My.UNL (Blackboard) homepage has instructions for finding your username.

Department:
Provide the name of the department or location where the user works.

User's Telephone Number:
Provide the phone number of the User.

User's email Address:
Provide the electronic mail address of the user. A copy of this request will be sent to this address.
